A conference call will be held to allow the ISHL team to better understand your business needs and make recommendations so as to optimize the chosen plan.

After the meeting is held, an email will be sent with the website specifications, the terms of agreement contract and sign-up period as discussed in the meeting. If website specifications are satisfactory, the customer is to confirm via email attaching the required signed documents
Development period will be between 2 weeks to 8 weeks, depending on the scope, specification & features of the website requested. A timeline breakdown of the development period will be provided.
Website maintenance is on a pay-per-case basis where a fee will be charged per action requested. Yearly Maintenance agreements can be made available for respective businesses.
